The staff and faculty population at the UC Davis Health is comprised of diverse ethnicities and cultures. Interns are required to attend a didactic training series on the UC Davis Health campus on diversity, as well as Psychiatry Grand Rounds and other training opportunities at UCDH where diversity and multicultural issues in healthcare are discussed.
