Provide a brief demographic and/or diagnostically descriptive statement about the population your program serves:
The agencies primarily provide services to children, adolescents, their parents, other adults and their families. Clients are typically referred through the juvenile justice system or special education. Many clinics are operated cooperatively with the juvenile court, probation, social service agency, or drug and alcohol services. Clinics serve predominantly lower income, seriously or chronically mentally ill patents, although all diagnostic categories are represented. Clientele reflects the ethnic-cultural composition of the various Orange County communities in which services are located.
