Interns should have completed, or be close to completing their coursework in the field of psychology from a regionally accredited university.

The interview will be conducted by Dr. Philip Corrado and Dr. Elizabeth Shouse. It will be an individual interview and may include other program staff. It will consist of 16 structured questions. Applicants will be expected to interpret a WAIS-IV and MMPI-2.

Applicants should be self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in providing the best care possible for their clients. Applicants may need to put in hours beyond that which is required at the site, including reading assignments and learning test administration. The optimal candidate would be willing and eager to do this.

Synovation Medical group is comprised of multiple medical facilities across southern California. While our main site is located in Pasadena, we also have part-time and full-time internship opportunities in the San Diego region.
