Multicultural Training

Describe opportunities for multicultural training:

Trainees receive specific training on multicultural issues throughout the year as it pertains to both assessment and treatment. We have outside speakers come to present on various topics. In addition to weaving multicultural issues into most trainings, specified targeted trainings include topics such as: LGBTQI, the culture of SES, and cultural issues within the IDD population. In addition to didactic trainings, we assign specific reading in the areas of diversity.
