Required - at least some testing experience (3 full batteries/ 50+ hours) Desired - Work in the forensic realm, sex offender work, interest in future in forensic psychology endeavors

Please briefly describe the clinical and educational experience necessary to be considered for acceptance into your training program:

Only interns who have successfully completed all coursework in intellectual and personality assessment will be considered. A preference is given to those trainees with work as TA's in assessment. Neuropsychological Assessment is a plus, but not necessary. Those interns who do not have neuropsychological assessment experience or interest are still strongly encouraged to apply - they simply will not be given those testing cases. Forensic and Organizational Psychology courses at a plus, but we recognize most programs may not have these available to their trainees. Interns who have engaged in self-study in these areas will be given preference.

Due to SiP restrictions we anticipate ALL interviewing will take place via Zoom with a group interview followed by break-out individual interviews.

Describe what you are looking for in an applicant:

We are only interested in mature applicants with integrity, inner strength, and confidence to provide treatment to mandated clients. Our trainees must be able to advocate for themselves and be self-directive. We value hard workers with very strong work ethic with attention to detail. This comes through in their attention to detail in their writing sample and cover letter.
