Details of research possibilities:
Within the past few years, this department has participated in outcome research that examined the effectiveness of the services provided by the psychology department on patient satisfaction. This department also participated in a research that examined neurocognitive impairments in patients with psychotic disorders. Currently, the psychology department has implemented a pilot chemical dependency psycho-educational group and is monitoring its effectiveness and patient participation levels. Future research opportunites will be available as determined by the hospital and psychology department.
