Interns with previous hospital experience are desired but not required.

Describe the interview process for your agency (individual or group interview, role playing required, case presentation required, etc):

1. Group of candidates meet with supervisors for internship overview and Q & A. 2. Group of candidates meet with current interns for Q & A without supervisors present. 3. Each candidate interviews individually with supervisors and one current intern. 4. Candidates are guided on a tour of the hospital campus.
