Describe the interview process for your agency (individual or group interview, role playing required, case presentation required, etc):

We ask each interviewee to prepare to present a client they have worked with (to include brief background information about the client, diagnosis, why the client was in treatment, one intervention and the outcome of the intervention, and the outcome of treatment). In addition, each interviewee will be asked to respond to a brief vignette (specifically identifying differential diagnosis based on the vignette and one short term intervention).

Describe what you are looking for in an applicant:

This is an exciting and fast-paced environment. Interns who do well at this training site are flexible, are able to think quickly on their feet, are able to work well within a team environment, are motivated and able to work independently, and are able to focus on short-term interventions.
