SCTC serves primarily low-income, under served populations of South Los Angeles. This population includes the following diagnostic categories: post-traumatic stress disorders, learning disabilities, personality disorders, attention deficit and disruptive behavior disorders, substance abuse disorders, and psychotic disorders.
