Multicultural Training

Describe opportunities for multicultural training:

Multicultural and diversity training is a large part of our organization. We have experts in the community come to present on working with culturally/ethnically diverse clients, white privilege, and microagressions. We also have an expert do a presentation at the start of the training year in working with suicidality in LGBTQIA community and a speaker on working with Transgender community. Also, the organization is run and owned by members of the LGBTQIA and many of our clients belong to the community.
