According and in compliance with CAPIC and school standards. Students will need fingerprinting, drug testing, and physical. Students may require RADT certification which FRC pays for.

Individual and group interviews. Student may be asked for a second interview. No role playing or case presentation required.

An ideal applicant is confident yet willing and eager to learn, empathic, intelligent, open to direction and feedback, has a basic understanding of psychological principles, and is a team player.
