Describe the interview process for your agency (individual or group interview, role playing required, case presentation required, etc):

We select some for interview from all applications received. We interview the applying interns individually in a selection committee of 4-5 analysts.

Describe what you are looking for in an applicant:

Someone interested in analytical and depth psychology. Someone with an interest in Jung. Someone in their own personal therapy (does not have to be with a Jungian Analyst).
