Group interview with program co-directors, supervisors, and as appropriate, current psychology intern/cohort.

Commitment, professionalism, compassion, integrity, ethical practice, independent, flexibility, respect, and an intrinsic motivational drive to learn and develop as a professional and psychologist.

Other information not covered above:

RBHC currently adheres to State Public Health Orders which states all healthcare workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 with 2 (two) doses of the Pfizer/Moderna vaccine or 1 (one) dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine and have at least one COVID-19 booster vaccine. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status will be required prior to prospective interns to begin training with RBHC.
