Describe the assessment training:
Dr. Navarro and Dr. Ealey will provide intake and admission assessment training to include thorough record/chart review, multidisciplinary consultation, and client interview. All Psychological testing will be based on appropriate referral/needs basis and will be supervised, accordingly.
